President Liu Heyun visits Uni. of Applied Management in Germany

President Liu Heyun was invited to visit the University of Applied Management (UAM) in Germany from November 21 to 25, 2016. The delegation led by Liu was warmly welcomed by Prof. Christian Werner, CEO of IUN-World, Prof. Claudius Schikora, President of UAM, and Prof. Britta Salander, Dean of the School of Business of UAM. The two sides discussed in depth such issues as student exchange, sharing of teaching resources, academic collaboration, visiting scholar etc. Both sides agree to begin the cooperation through the summer school program. In addition, the two sides signed an MOU. The delegation also visited the campus of Technische Universität München and talked with some teachers and students.

The delegation was invited by the University of Applied Management. This visit was approved by the Education Department of Hunan Province and the Foreign Affairs Office of Hunan Provincial Peoples Government.

As Bavarias largest private applied university, the University of Applied Management possesses 6 campuses. Most of its degree programs are related to management. It has three faculties, namely Faculty of Business Administration, Faculty for Sports Management and Faculty for Business Psychology. All courses at the University of Applied Management are accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA).
