On the afternoon of November 13, Vice President Chen Zhiguo attended a welcome meeting for the exchange students from Suranaree University of Technology which is a cooperative university in Thailand. The welcome meeting was hosted by Jiang Bingqing, Director of Office of International Cooperation and Exchange.

At the meeting, Chen Zhiguo introduced the basic situation of our university, reviewed the cooperative relationship between our two universities. He encouraged Thai students to cherish the opportunity, study hard, integrate into life and truly feel the Chinese culture during the period of exchange in our university and become a bridge of communication and friendship between China and Thailand.

This activity is a short-term exchange program held by our two universities. Students from Thailand will conduct a two-week cultural exchange program in our university.
