郭辉，男，湖南益阳人，博士，讲师，硕士研究生导师。2017年博士毕业于湖南大学大学应用数学专业偏微分方程方向，随后在湖南科技大学任教，自2023年始在湖南人文科技学院数学与金融学院任教。
